投喂频率对黄鳝幼鱼摄食、生长及饵料利用效率的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究了不同投喂频率对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)摄食率、特定生长率、饵料效率、体重分化、鱼体组成的影响。试验共设5组不同投喂频率(2、3、4、12次/d和24次/d),每组3个重复,试验持续30 d。结果显示:投喂频率4次/d组的摄食率显著高于其它各组(P<0.05);特定生长率有不同程度增高,4次/d组达到最高(P<0.05);饲料利用效率4次/d组显著高于2次/d组(P<0.05),与其它组无显著性差异(P>0.05);随着投喂频率增加,各试验组组内个体体重无显著差异(P>0.05),黄鳝的规格趋于整齐。试验各组黄鳝的鱼体成分无显著性差异(P>0.05);饵料蛋白质和能量的表观消化率,在4次/d时达到最高(P<0.05)。试验表明:黄鳝的生长受投喂频率的影响,每天投喂4次是黄鳝养殖的最佳投喂频率。 相似文献

Fish are able to select a balanced diet according to their nutritional needs by choosing among incomplete feeds or even pure macronutrients. However, the relevance of both the organoleptic properties of diet and the postingestive signals that they produce remains unclear. Thus, sharpsnout seabream were allowed to select between diets containing different edible oils with their organoleptic properties masked by using gelatine capsules. Fish were fed capsules of two different colours so that they could associate the capsule colour with its corresponding postingestive effect. The longitudinal experiment included a first phase during which the fish were adapted to consuming the gelatine capsules. In a second phase, the fish were challenged with two different encapsulated diets: one comprising a complete diet containing fish oil and the other a fat‐free diet. Sharpsnout seabream showed a preference for the fish oil capsules (3.8 ± 1.1 g kg?1 body weight (BW), 66.8% of total intake) over the fat‐free capsules, showing that they were able to associate the colour of the capsule with their nutritional content through postingestive signals. After that, the fish were challenged to select between the capsules containing the fish oil diet and capsules containing a vegetable oil (linseed or soybean), in which case they showed no preference between diets (2.4 ± 0.3: 2.1 ± 0.5 g kg?1 BW of fish oil versus linseed oil capsules and 2.2 ± 0.2: 1.8 ± 0.6 g kg?1 BW of fish oil versus soybean oil capsules), indicating that the fatty acid composition of the different oils was not sufficient to affect dietary selection through postingestive signals. So, in conclusion, when orosensorial information from food is absent, the fish are able to select between diets at a macronutrient level by using postingestive information. Rainbow trout, average weight 185–187 g, were fed feeds containing menhaden oil, canola oil or fish oils (pollock, pink salmon or rockfish) produced from Alaskan seafood processing waste as the added oil for 8 weeks, at which time the fish weighed 391–411 g (average 404 g, pooled SE = 5.7). The fish were previously fed from 75 g average weight fed commercial feed containing poultry oil as the added oil. No significant differences were measured in final weight or feed conversion ratio among dietary treatment groups. Significant differences were found in fillet ω‐3 fatty acid (FA) levels from fish receiving fish oil‐supplemented feeds compared to those from fish receiving feeds containing canola oil. Fillet contents of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA; 20:5ω3) and decosahexaenoic acid (DHA; 22:6ω3) were highest in the pollock oil treatment group, although all fish oils increased highly unsaturated ω‐3 FA contents (mg 100 g?1) of fillets. Fish oil used through the production cycle was reduced by 25% by supplementing feeds with poultry oil during the middle phase of production (75–175 g) compared to using feeds containing fish oil throughout the production cycle. Fish oils recovered from Alaskan seafood processing waste were suitable alternatives to conventional fish oil as ingredients in rainbow trout production feeds. 相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of supplementation of crystalline methionine or coated methionine supplemented in diets of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) on growth performance and feed utilization. Five iso‐nitrogen and iso‐caloric diets were prepared in which diets were supplemented with cellulose‐acetate‐phthalate (CAP), tripalmitin‐polyvinyl alcohol (TPA), acrylic resin (RES) coated l ‐methionine, hydroxyl‐methionine calcium (MHA) and crystalline l ‐methionine diet (MET, control), respectively. After 7 weeks, shrimp (0.81 ± 0.01 g in initial body weight) weight gain fed with MET and RES diets were significantly higher than that of the others (P < 0.05), while feed conversion ratio of shrimp fed with RES was significantly lower than the others (P < 0.05). Crude protein (as wet weight basis) in whole body of shrimp fed the RES diet was markedly higher than the others (P < 0.05). Methionine contents in muscle of CAP and MHA groups were significantly higher than those of MET group (P < 0.05). Apparently digestibility for essential amino acid of MET group was the highest except methionine. In the present study, RES coating methionine appeared to effectively improve feed protein utilization and enhance growth performance of Pacific white shrimp fed with low fishmeal practical diet. 相似文献

通过对滇中地区昆明西山、昆明野鸭湖、嵩明大哨和楚雄紫溪山分布的蛹虫草居群,进行调查和采样,调查分析了蛹虫草的生境,比较研究了蛹虫草不同居群有性型及无性型形态差异,对蛹虫草无性型的产孢结构进行光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察研究。研究发现,蛹虫草子囊壳着生方式及其大小、子囊大小、无性型,随生境不同而发生差异。在云南松常绿阔叶混交林下的子囊壳及子囊较大,分离得到的无性型以拟青霉型(Paecilomyces-type)产孢结构占优势;在华山松林和田埂草丛生境中的子囊壳及其子囊较小,分离得到的无性型以轮枝孢型(Verticillium-type)产孢结构占优势。 相似文献

为了研究自然条件下昆虫取食及剪叶刺激对油松诱导抗性的影响,本试验应用香草醛—盐酸法,亚硝酸钠—硝酸铝比色法以及紫外分光光度法,分析了剪叶和不同程度油松毛虫取食处理后,混交林和纯林中油松针叶内部分次生代谢物和蛋白酶抑制剂活性的动态变化。结果表明:剪叶及不同程度油松毛虫取食能够诱导缩合单宁、黄酮含量和胰蛋白酶抑制剂、胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂活性增加。与对照相比,胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂在混交林中的活性比纯林更为明显。说明剪叶及昆虫取食可诱导增加油松针叶内的缩合单宁和黄酮含量、提高胰蛋白酶抑制剂和胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂的活性,进而增强油松的抗虫性,林分类型可在一定程度上影响油松诱导防御物质的变化。 相似文献
